How long should the challenge be?
Start with 7 days to test yourself. A full 30-day no-spend month creates significant savings and lasting behavior change.
What counts as a slip?
Any non-essential purchase is a slip: coffee shops, takeout, online shopping, subscriptions you don't need, impulse buys. Use the "Slipped" button to log it — your challenge continues.
How is the savings estimate calculated?
You set your typical monthly non-essential spending. The tracker estimates daily savings based on your clean days and shows a running total.
Does a slip reset the challenge?
No. Unlike 75 Hard, slips are logged but don't reset your progress. The tracker shows your clean-day ratio so you can see improvement over time.
